As part of the Desktop license to EndNote, you are eligible for a two-year subscription to EndNote online, but it must be set up through the EndNote Desktop software. You must have desktop library set up with your online account in order to share your EndNote library or groups with colleagues.Collaboration = Syncing with your online account

Please be aware of the following deadlines.
- EndNote X8 registration deadline is December 2020
- EndNote X9 registration deadline is December 2023
NOTE: If you do not register for the online account before the deadline, you will need to upgrade to the current version of EndNote(which is EndNote 20 at this point) to be able to use the Sync feature.
