Once you have registered for a personal account within Scopus you will be able to create a variety of search alerts to help you keep up to date.

How to Create Search Alerts
Search alerts notify you by email of new search results in Scopus. There is no limit on the number of alerts you can create. You can create a search alert from for authors, affiliations, subjects, and documents.
