3D Models

Choose a topic, select a model and it will appear on the screen. You now have the ability to manipulate it by zooming and changing the views to see it from the angle you want. Each topic has options to be broken down further to help you really narrow down on what you want to study. For example, the Muscular System breaks down into Regions, Muscle Index, Muscle Actions, Bone Details, Fascial Compartments, and more. Within each of those, there are more categories like Head & Neck, Shoulder, etc.

While viewing the model, there are many tools on the screen:

Anatomy Search: provides a list of the body parts on the model. If you select one on the list, it will highlight on the model.

Dissect: allows you to carve away at parts on the model to see what is underneath, if anything.

Multi-Select: selects/highlights multiple parts on the model when you select them.

Flashcard: allows you to create a flashcard of the part that you want with the view that you want and the terms that you want.

Draw: you can draw and annatate how you want.

Notepad: You can write a note.

Save View: save the view that you have of the model.

Share: share the view with a friend.

The Information menu on the right side of the screen (desktop) provides information about the highlighted body part, lets you hear pronunciation, change orientation of the model, learn more about the body part, and more.

The Systems menu on the left side of the screen (desktop) provides other systems that you can add to the model or take away from the model. If you started with the muscular system and then decide you want to add the respiratory system in, you can do that.

The Menu button will return you back to the choices screen where you can choose a different model to study.
