If you were asked to log in to the site in order to access content, you may need to create a MyAccess account. In order to take advantage of some of the key features of the platform, like using the quiz features or accessing the site from your mobile device, you need to create a My Access account. This account will work across the AccessMedicine, AccessSurgery, and OMBID McGraw Hill services.
In addition to contacting the Library or the DMU help desk, you may also try the online Customer Service provied by McGraw Hill (by email at OnlineCustomer_Service@mcgraw-hill.com or by phone at 1-888-307-5984 [toll-free, U.S. only] or 1-614-759-3663 [outside the U.S.] between 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern Standard Time) to confirm you have the correct username and password for your MyAccess account or for other technical support issues.
