Need help? Please contact Library staff. For students who live in the greater Des Moines areas, we can provide individual or group sessions in person to help you identify and efficiently use information resources in support of your research and education.
Are you a distance education student? Don't let the miles keep us apart! We can utilize Skype for Business to help you connect to the library. Contact the library to set up a time to video chat on evenings or weekends. The advantage of Skype is that we can screenshare, so I can help you at your desktop.
Otherwise, when you call the library evenings and weekends you will get to talk to one of our amazing student workers. If they can't help you then they will leave a message for one of the librarians.
