Grading Your Results

After conducting a comprehensive literature review, you need to evaluate your studies.

There are different methods to grade the evidence. For example, Podiatry professionals may use the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) Levels of Evidence Pyramid. Another method used by physicians was created by the Oxford Center for Evidence-based Medicine.  An easy to read summary of this evidence rating scale is copied below from Essential Evidence Plus, a point of care tool similar to UptoDate.  EE+ usings the CEBM scale in their product.
