Then, click “Remove EBSCOhost Authentication Cookie”. Close the browser and try to access the resource again.
This diagnostic tool is helpful when troubleshooting EBSCO products to ensure that any "hidden" EBSCO sessions are closed, in addition to clearing out the EBSCO cookies hidden in your browser.
In addition to contacting the Library and the DMU Helpdesk, we recommend utilizing EBSCO's Support Site at http://support.ebsco.com. The FAQ database, tutorials, and user guides can provide answers to your technical questions. Ebsco Support Representatives are available by phone (800) 758-5995) or e-mail 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (US EST).
