First Aid is a commonly-used review book for Step 1. Previous First Aid editions are available online through the library.
Board Review Series
Board Review Series has many texts that review quite a few different subjects from both OMS-I and OMS-II material. Each book contains chapters with content review in addition to practice questions with explanations at the end of each chapter.
Case Files from Access Medicine
Case Files provides clinical examples from various subjects and specialties. These cases are to help students formulate a clinical approach. To be able to save your progress, you need to create an account (free through DMU).

Ninja Nerd website includes many videos reviewing a wide variety of commonly-tested subjects. All videos are free on the website or via YouTube. Can also pay for membership to include notes and guides.
Dirty Medicine
Dirty Medicine is a YouTube Channel with videos for a variety of high-yield topics and video practice questions.
Handwritten Tutorials
Handwritten Tutorials is a channel that explains anatomical and biochemical concepts through drawing. Good for people who prefer visualization.
Medicosis Perfectionalis
Medicosis Perfectionalis channel describes various medical concepts in a brief, colorful manner.
