Sometimes, you need help straight from the source. Call VisualDX technical support at 800-357-7611, option 5, between 8:30 - 4:30 EST.
One example of when you'll need this number is when you follow the library directions for setting up your mobile app and things still don't seem to work. On rare occasions, your ID is not associated with DMU and VisualDX has to fix things on their end to get your identity re-associated with our institution.
