Who Can Borrow What and For How Long

Borrowing Policies and Access to Electronic Resources for Retired Faculty and Staff

The Library's electronic resources and databases are accessible to alumni through the kiosk computers located near the Library circulation desk.

Retirees may check out Library materials. Loan periods are as follows:

Reserve Collection*

3-Day Reserve

Board Review Collection

Leisure Reading Collection

*Print materials in the Reserve collection check out overnight after 9:00 p.m., and are due back at 10:00 a.m. on the following day. Non-print Items in the Reserve collection (such as bones) do not check out overnight.

Retirees do not incur overdue fines. However, if an item is lost, the retiree will be charged the replacement cost of the item.
