When searching Medline/PubMed

Search for the MeSH terms (Arabs OR Middle East) to ensure you include all people groups of this heritage. You can also search for the phrase "arab american."
You may also need to limit your search by adding United States in order to limit your results to people living in the US.
Though not all arabic people are Muslim you should also considering adding the MeSH (Medical Subject Heading) Islam to your search, especially if you are specifically interested in studying the intersection of the Islamic faith and health for this population.
